Ruhl&Ruhl Realtor Jerry Eyman Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award
Jerry Eyman, Iowa City, has been honored with a lifetime achievement award from the Iowa City Association of Realtors. On the same night, he also received the "Realtor Emeritus" status from the National Association of Realtors for his 40+ years of service as a realtor. Jerry's career started in 1978 with Rhoades Kroeger Realty. He stayed committed to real estate and eventually joined Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors in 2002. He has been an active agent and Ruhl family member since! Jerry has received many awards throughout his time as a realtor, including "Realtor of the Year" in 1985. He was also president of the Board of Realtors and received the outstanding service award in 1998. Thank you, Jerry! We are so lucky to have you as a part of our #RuhlFamily!

Ruhl&Ruhl Celebrates 2018 - Best Year Ever!

- Residential Sales Volume – Ruhl's sales volume in 2018 was $917,973,157, up 3.7% from 2017's sales volume.
- Number of Properties Sold – Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors sold 5,429 properties in 2018, as either listing agent or selling agent. This was 2% more transactions than 2017.
- Revenue – Revenue in a real estate company is primarily gross commission income (GCI). Ruhl's 2018 GCI was $27,235,889, or 4.0% up from 2017 revenue.
- New Listings Taken – Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors listed 3,127 properties for sale in 2018, 1.8% more than in 2017.
- Nationally Ranked Per Agent Productivity – On average our agents closed 16.7 transactions in 2018. This is more than double the national average f...

Happy 40th Anniversary Roni!
Throughout her 40 years at Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, Roni Pianca has been a leader, a mentor, an inspiration, a shoulder to cry on, a laugh when you need it most, and one of the most important members of the Ruhl Family.
Roni began her journey with Ruhl by missing her initial job interview because she couldn't find the office. Her adventures continued when her water broke during the awards celebration in 1987. She had a daughter, Rachel, who now works in the Bettendorf Office, and later, another daughter, Chelsey, who is becoming a licensed agent at the Davenport Office.
Considering Roni started in the days before Google and Internet, it's easy to see why she still trusts her zip code book and paper maps. She also keeps a notebook of all of her recorded time off since the day she started!
