Each quarter, the Excellence in Service Award is earned by agents and offices who show exemplary customer service on returned client surveys. Every returned survey is read thoroughly to ensure we continue to serve with excellence in the future. Only agents who receive answers of "excellent" to the question "How well did we serve you" are counted toward this award.
