 Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors is excited to announce the commencement of our agents and staff from the Ninja Selling Installation. We had 69 agents participate in the vigorous sales training. The purpose of Ninja is to focus on positive mindset, create better business systems and work every day to improve – or have the pursuit of Mastery. The class spent approximately 40 hours working to enhance their overall service for their clients. Closed sales volume for 2014 is down 1% compared to the first 9 months of 2013 across the region of eastern Iowa, northwestern Illinois and southwestern Wisconsin. This is actually good as we are improving each quarter in the region, but definitely trending in the right direction!
