Karl Larsen, a Realtor in the Ruhl&Ruhl Iowa City office, has been awarded the Newcomer of the Year by the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.
"Karl earned and deserves this award as there is no harder worker," said Travis Hiatt, Managing Broker of the Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors Iowa City office. "I'm very proud of what he's done with himself and his business."

"I became a realtor for a variety of reasons," said Larsen. "Creating my own business with my own schedule and having the potential for future financial freedom were the main positives. I just knew it was the right thing to do."
