Since 2005, when our new construction market peaked, regional home builders have responded wisely by steadily adjusting new housing starts to market demand. 

Builders in all of our markets have significantly 1862 reduced the number of new housing starts since 2005. In the Quad Cities, for wholesale nba jerseys example, new housing starts through the third quarter of 2008 were down 52% from 2005 through September. We are fortunate that most of our builders are small or medium sized semi-custom and custom builders who build from 5 - 25 homes per year.

In our markets, you will know your builder and his crew personally and he will customize your home to your needs and tastes. We are not exposed to the drastic overbuilding caused by national production builders like Pulte Hom...
