New Commercial Real Estate Company Opens in Quad Cities!
Caroline Ruhl and John G. Ruhl have joined forces to create a new commercial real estate company. Premier Partners, the 3rd largest firm in the region, is also merging in with the new company. The new company has acquired the assets of NAI Ruhl&Ruhl Commercial Company from Chuck Ruhl, Jr., who is not associated with the new company. The asset purchase was completed December 1, 2013. Investors in the new company are Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, the residential company, led by Caroline Ruhl, and John G. Ruhl, President of the new NAI Ruhl Commercial Company.
