Ruhl companies close over a billion dollars in sales volume in 2015 Once again, Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors has been ranked as the largest privately-owned real estate company in Iowa. REALTrends 500, a trusted source for real estate news and surveys, ranks the top 500 real estate companies in the country based on number of residential transactions and sales volume. According to the 2015 REALTrends survey, Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors ranks number 1 in Iowa, and number 113 nationally. This survey is based on residential transactions only, although when farm, land and commercial transactions are accounted for, Ruhl agents closed an average of 18.3 transactions per agent in 2015. This is more than double the national average of 7 transactions per agent, per year! The Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors residential sales volume was close to $800 million.
