• Your home’s floor plan (the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, how large it is, etc.)
• The price
• The condition of your current home

You can’t control where your home is located, and it is often not cost-effective to modify your property’s floor plan or to add features to your home, like a fireplace or a deck.
