History and Background
Todd Hackett started in business in 1981, building single family homes and moved into the construction of small multifamily residential (4-plex to 12-plex) in 1983, and smaller (3,000- 6,000 sq. ft.) commercial and office building complexes in 1985. In 1987 the business was incorporated as TODD HACKETT CONSTRUCTION CO. (THCC). Since the,n the company has continued to grow, focused in multifamily residences, assisted living projects, senior housing, nursing homes, banks and branches, school renovations and additions, grocery stores, office buildings, retail strip malls, church additions, and miscellaneous light commercial projects

There are 18 Villa homes and 10 sites for single family homes.
The developer will build the villa homes. Buyers who pre-purchase a villa home before completion can choose their own finishes of flooring, cabinetry, wall colors, fixtures, tile, and more.
The single family home lots have options for smaller footprints that do not require much yard maintenance all the way up to larger lots up to .88 acres. Most all of the SFH lots have tree lined back yards or side yards. Some are flat lots, some have great opportunities for walk out lower level or daylight lower level windows.
