I'll start off by saying that I have a unique background and diverse knowledge in real estate. I have been a full time auctioneer for the last decade owning and operating Dosland Auction Service located in Grand Mound, Iowa and serving a 50 mile radius of the Quad Cities after graduating from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. I have sold large acreages, farmland as well as commercial and residential properties in large cities and small communities alike. I recently obtained my real estate license in both Iowa and Illinois and joined the Ruhl&Ruhl family to better serve my clients and offer them many more options for selling their real estate. I have the ability to not only perform a professional real estate auction but can now offer traditional listings. Either way, I have 10 years of experience bringing buyers and sellers together in an efficient and professional manner all while getting them top dollar for their assets.
A little about myself: I have lived in the Calamus/Grand Mound area my whole life, farm with my family northwest of Grand Mound, own Dosland Auction Service that handles over 100 estates each year as well as large collections and commercial liquidations. I also own commercial rental properties (so I know a thing or two). I serve on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Auctioneers Association and I have been a member of the Calamus Volunteer Fire Department since 2006 serving in various positions. I enjoy spending time with my friends and nephews, hunting, fishing, boating and most of all: laughing! If you are still reading this I will finish by saying: If you want someone who is speedy, proficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with, I'm your guy!
