I’m Tina Perry, a Realtor, wife of 30+ years, mom of four, and an artist! While staying at home to raise our children, my husband and I also owned and operated a construction company for 30 years where I was responsible for the accounting and bookwork. Together, we bought and sold real estate throughout our years, and it was real estate that helped us financially achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
It's funny how our past plays a part in everything we do. For instance, my love of real estate and building homes is what lead me to this career but the juggling of four kids while simultaneously listening to construction and real estate ownership lingo is what helps me on a day-to-day basis as a real estate agent, today. It’s amazing what I absorbed through the years from my husband without me even realizing it!
I have always had an eye for design. I am an artist, and that degree has helped me a lot in my real estate business. There isn’t a home I enter that I don’t think about what I would do with the home to enhance its untapped potential. I feel this really helps me to let my clients have a vision.
In addition, I thoroughly understand the transaction process, but I try to bring some fun and humor into the process as well. This helps to take a somewhat stressful process and make it fun!
I have made so many friendships from my clients. I have mixed emotions when a transaction comes to a close, but that is ok because I’m always there to enjoy the next transaction with them and help advise in-between.
