It’s been a long year since we listed the rental house which fell out 2 days before our departure for Arizona. Since then we found a new townhome, listed our condo. Had 2 offers drop out on that before we got a third offer. Sean and team had a new offer each time within a few days and it sold. Now comfortable in our new home and loving it. Back to the rental home. Got an offer had closing delayed three times. Frustrated, we persevered and Sean and team countered with a condition designed to force a closing. It worked and we closed today. Sean, Makenzie and team made Ruhl and Ruhl look like the premier company that Caroline Ruhl envision when she took the helm. Kudos to all!!
