Stuart did an outstanding job helping to sell my father's home after his death. The home would take just the right buyer and Stuart helped find the buyer by hosting multiple open houses and at one point stopping at the house when he was driving by and saw that someone was in the driveway and looking around the outside. Once a sale agreement was reached he went above and beyond in helping to get the remaining items out of the home. He was able to relocate some items through Facebook and found a way to get an old piano moved and disposed of. He also arranged for some plumbing and sewer issues to be dealt with and generously offered to pay a portion of the fees that were charged. This help was wildly important to me as I live over an hour away from dad's house and did not have access to helpful resources. He also answered multiple questions for me and never made me feel like my questions weren't important or that I was bothering him. He made a stressful time much easier. Thank you Stuart!
