Hello! My name is Kristena Kramer. Born and raised here in Cedar Rapids, IA, I joined Ruhl & Ruhl in 2020. My passion for taking care of my customers and advocating for them led me to become a Realtor.  I have over 20 years of experience in consultative sales. Understanding my customers' needs and helping to map out priorities has always been a strong suit of mine. When my clients feel good about their decisions, it brings me great joy. 

I believe it’s important to build trust and to not take shortcuts. A true consultative approach with your client means that you are willing to take the time to understand their pains, concerns, wishes, and goal,s and that once you understand these things, that you help them to prioritize them. It means you are willing to give your time and to genuinely care that they are happy. It means you need to be responsive. And it means to go the extra mile. It’s not just about budget and time. It’s so much bigger than that. 

It’s important to me that I make people feel comfortable. I am able to adjust my energy level to match someone who is passive or cautious and just as easily match somebody who is GO GO GO! I try to make every interaction fun. Even when there is bad news- I like to find the silver lining and stay positive.
