My name is Jeremy Noel, and I am a full-time realtor with Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors in Dubuque, Iowa. I assist both buyers and sellers, prioritizing exceptional customer service in every interaction. One of my passions lies in working with investor clients. When I first became a realtor in 2017, I set a goal to acquire ten rental properties within a decade. Remarkably, I achieved that milestone in just two years, and since then, I have expanded my real estate investment portfolio significantly. This experience has equipped me with valuable knowledge that I love to share with my clients, helping them build their own real estate portfolios. Spending quality time with my family is a top priority for me, and having a strong real estate portfolio has granted me the flexibility to do so. I take great joy in assisting my clients in realizing their dreams of spending more time with their loved ones.

Having been born and raised in Dubuque, I pursued my degree in Psychology at The University of Iowa. Following graduation, I returned to Dubuque to start my own Falbo Bros. Pizzeria franchise. I had the privilege of running a successful local business for 19 years, before selling it in 2024 to focus entirely on my passion for real estate. In 2011, I married my wife, Kelly, and we are proud parents to three wonderful children—Jordan, Landon, and Delilah. Our kids are actively involved in sports, and we cherish watching them engage in their favorite activities!
