Hi, I'm Jennifer Peters

Having grown up in Muscatine, I found my weekend go-to for all things shopping and entertainment in the Quad Cities. After getting married, I relocated to Milwaukee and started a family. There, I worked in real estate for custom home builders and remodelers as their in-house designer and sold residential construction contracts. I assisted clients with material selections and floorplan modifications for new construction and remodeling projects. In 2006, shortly after the birth of our daughter, my husband and I moved back "home" to Iowa. Ben, Maura, myself and our Golden Doodle happily reside in Bettendorf.

Real estate combined with design is my business, PLACES for real estate & SPACES for design. I study our market and take pride in knowing the Iowa Quad Cities well to provide the best resources and guidance throughout your real estate experience. For my sellers, I see things that potential buyers will red flag and help you improve SPACES so your PLACES sell fast and for top dollar. For my buyers, I can visualize future improvement potential that you may not be able to see in order to help secure your dream home.

Unique to my real estate services, I offer computer generated 3D renderings of changes to your possible new home for buyers or your existing home modified for sellers. Creating a custom visualization aids in helping my clients make the right choices for their home buying or selling needs. My project partners can even get you quotes for the work. I am ready and available to help you every step of the way!
