I am more intimate with the Iowa side of the river; as a native of Bettendorf & Davenport I have memories of the past and knowledge of the present in Davenport, Bettendorf, LeClaire, Eldridge & most of the surrounding area.

I am growing ever more familiar with the Illinois side – as my business has grown over the years, I have had the pleasure of learning about the “other half” of the Quad-Cities. There are several great surrounding towns that are just minutes from the I74 bridge. From the ravines in Rock Island to the private communities in Milan, Illinois is a great place to find terrific homes!

I have spent my career in some form of customer service, management & sales. Of the 3 I find sales to be the most enjoyable. Ultimately it just comes down to one simple fact: I love to help people accomplish their goals – I love to put deals together.

But so does everyone . . .

The real estate transaction is a long chain reaction with each domino knocking down another and another and another and . . . the deal is done. The biggest challenge is navigating the chain of events and executing each one with knowledge and precision. This takes experience, preparation and an ability to solve problems on the fly legally and, as your agent, to your 100% best interest. My fiduciary duty is to you the client!

I have a tremendous reputation. Each year more than 65% of my business comes from referrals – to this I give thanks to God and my wonderful clients. I work with each client as if they are buying or selling their largest asset of their lifetime. Understanding how negotiations work and the rules of engagement is paramount to you getting what you want – as a buyer or a seller!

You’re busy and so am I – I have found the best way to answer the most amount of questions in the least amount of time is a face-to-face meeting (predicated with an email of information of course!).
