I was born and raised in Dubuque, and I know the area like the back of my hand. I’ve always had a passion for houses and the home-buying process. I bought my first home at 19, and I learned at a younger age how important and invaluable homeownership is. I graduated the University of Dubuque in 2019 with a degree in Communication and Marketing and landed my first, post-college job in the Admissions department at Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC). Being a recruiter for the college, I got my first taste of a sales type role. After NICC, I worked for Dupaco Community Credit Union in their Member Service department where I learned a lot about customer service and retention and forming relationships. Dupaco contributed immensely to my personal and professional growth. It helped me understand the value in building connections and being a difference maker, not an order taker which translates to so many other areas of my life. Ultimately, I chose real estate as I love the opportunity to be an advocate and leader for those looking to buy or sell a home. It is an exciting, and sometimes daunting, part of life, and I want to be the one who guides you through it.
My passions, besides real estate, include traveling, animals, anything in nature- no matter how rustic, and my family. I have a wonderful husband, Matt, who is my best friend, biggest fan, and sidekick. My other companions include my three fur babies. We do what we can to give them the best life possible. I’m simple- what you see is what you get.
