Growing up you always get the question, "what do you want to be when you grow up?" Well, when I was a kid, my dad built houses for a living and sometimes he would take me to work with him. I would help my dad by handing him tools, put on all the doorknobs, or scrape stickers off of windows. I remember walking through the houses in awe of the layout of the floor plan and I enjoyed that “new house” smell. I remember meeting the Realtor my dad worked with to sell the homes he built. I always thought, “Wow, that would be so neat to be able to go into different houses to see what they looked like.” As the years went by and I grew up I didn't actually go that route, instead I became an accountant for many years. However as time passed I knew it wasn't what I really wanted to do, so fast forward to Christmas Eve of 2019. I was approached by my uncle (a Realtor with Ruhl Commercial) who brought up the idea to me of becoming a Realtor, and that is when all of those childhood memories came flooding back. I also remembered the not so nice memory of my own home buying experience. As I explored the idea of becoming a Realtor, I quickly became excited by the idea of being able to be a part of another person’s joy that comes with buying a new home.
I chose Ruhl&Ruhl as my brokerage for a couple different reasons. One reason is because of the personal referral I received from my uncle and cousin who both worked for Ruhl. Another reason is because Ruhl has treated me like family from the very first chat I had with Sally, my manager. Ruhl encourages, supports and offers so much in the way of training and mentoring to help new agents get started.
My job is to make sure you know there is no pressure to buy or sell. I want to get to know you and what you want and need. I will utilize my resources to get the best price point when negotiating deals for my buyers. I will work hard to find buyer clients their dream home. I will offer a variety of marketing strategies for my sellers, and will always provide them with the most update to market share. I put my clients best interests ahead of others as well as my own. My mission is to provide all of my clients with exceptional service and a positive experience throughout the home buying and selling process.
Family is important to me, just like it is to you, I have been married for 15 years and have 3 children ages 15,13, and 2. As a family, we love to hike and go on vacations. I enjoy watching my girls participate in archery and softball, and my son grow and learn new things everyday. In my spare time, I also like to crochet, go bowling, and go to the movies. Being a Realtor offers me the ability to enjoy all these things, all while helping your dreams of homeownership come true!
