For over 20 years Dan Dolan has built throughout the Eastern Iowa area, achieving and maintaining a reputation for quality, reliability and value in new construction. The tradition continues today with developments in Davenport, Bettendorf, Muscatine, Blue Grass, Clinton, LeClaire and Iowa City. Dan Dolan brings many years of hard work and experience into his company. After ten years of traveling around the world working as a pertroluem exploration working on offshore drilling ships, Dan settled down in Iowa with his wife Celeste and trained and graduated as an electrician, starting his family. His career in real estate began in the mid-eighties when he began purchasing homes and to renovate and rent.
