For over 20 years Dan Dolan has built throughout the Eastern Iowa area, achieving and maintaining a reputation for quality, reliability and value in new construction. The tradition continues today with developments in Davenport, Bettendorf, Muscatine, Blue Grass, Clinton, LeClaire and Iowa City. Dan Dolan brings many years of hard work and experience into his company. After ten years of traveling around the world working as a pertroluem exploration working on offshore drilling ships, Dan settled down in Iowa with his wife Celeste and trained and graduated as an electrician, starting his family. His career in real estate began in the mid-eighties when he began purchasing homes and to renovate and rent. The transition into building homes was a natural progression upon the realization that building new homes would make more housing available in the community than renovating existing older homes, and in 1995 he acquired land for the first sub-division in Blue Grass, with the first home being offered for sale in 1997 – To date, Dan Dolan Homes has successfully completed over 200 homes with many more on the horizon.
