Hello, my name is Wendy Corzatt and I am proud to be part of the Ruhl & Ruhl Team for the last ten years. I help people sell, buy, and invest in their real estate dreams.
Before I began my career in real estate, I was blessed to be able to raise my 3 children and assist my husband on our farm. On a family vacation in Colorado, a family friend mentioned to me that I should look into becoming a Real Estate Agent. When I got home, I did just that! I have been with Ruhl & Ruhl since beginning my career and it has become like a second home for me. I have been fortunate to meet some really great people, which I cherish will all my heart.
In my spare time I love working on our horse boarding farm. We board horses for some really great people that have become like family to us. On our farm, we have 6 horses of our own, 4 dogs, cats, cows, chickens and a goat. We also started a fruit tree orchard and a grape vineyard. It can get a little crazy at times, but we love it!
On Sundays you will find my family at church. We love the Lord and are blessed to have him in our lives!

Unfortunately there were a lot of issues with the sale of our home and this was due to septic issues and other things that were not due to any doing on Wendy's part.
