I’m passionate about serving and helping others and am excited to use these skills, sharpened during my 20-year career as a paramedic, to help you find your dream home.
I was raised on my family’s farm outside of Eldridge, Iowa, and have lived and worked in the Quad-City area my entire life. Today I’m proud that my wife and I are raising our two sons on our own farm near Port Byron.
Coming from a 4th generation Scott Countyfarm family, I love this area and I know it well. I’m excited about the chance to help others find their perfect place here and hope you’ll give me the opportunity to assist you.
In my free time I enjoy camping with my family and friends, helping my son with his 4-H livestock projects, snowmobiling in Northern Wisconsin, and I'm an avid Hawkeye football and wrestling fan.
I am the 2017 Ruhl&Ruhl New Associate of the year, as well as earning Gold Club Achievment for sales in just my first 8 months in real estate.
My goal is to never "sell" you anything. But I do want to help you find the perfect home, or property you're looking for.

We lost our home due to a house fire in July of 2020. We reached out to Ryan at the end of July. We had some issues with the the old house mortgage company and getting that finalized and had some hiccups on our credit. December 2 we got the all clear from New lender and Ryan had us filling out paperwork on the 4th for our new home!! He checked in on us every month since July and has continued since we have moved. He was and continues to be an amazing person. We are home, thanks in many parts to Ryan!
