Renee Oberhart

Growing up the youngest in a large family, I learned at a young age, the importance of clear communication, trust and compromise.  I was born and raised in the in the western suburbs of Chicago.  There I enjoyed many concerts, motorcycle rides, baseball games and boating on the river.  I also met and built lifelong friendships.  After graduation, I moved to Florida for a few years. There I studied financing.  I was also blessed to spend time with my elderly parents.  We enjoyed going to bike week at Daytona Beach. What an amazing experience! After my oldest son was born, I returned to Illinois. A few years later, I was blessed with my youngest son. Once my boys were in school full-time, I returned to work in the accounting field. After my oldest son graduated from high school, I moved closer to my dad.

In 2013, I relocated to the Quad Cities.  Here I worked for a law firm where I gained valuable negotiating skills.  After my youngest son graduated from high school, I went to real estate school, and became a real estate professional. 

In 2021, I was welcomed into the family of Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors.  I am licensed in Iowa and Illinois.

Moving can bring about many sentiments.  I can relate and empathize with you. I am here to guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.  Slow is smooth.  Smooth is fast.  We can walk it together.

I love spending time with family and friends, motorcycle rides, boating, and time with my dogs. I also love traveling and exploring the outdoors. Hiking and camping at Cumberland Falls is one of my most memorable and favorite vacations.

I also volunteer and walk for NAMI and Suicide Prevention Awareness.
