While we have lived in many different locations, the Quad Cities were an unexplored place to us. Peg and Marybeth not only introduced us to possible "houses in the area", they both made us feel like we were in a collective effort to find our future home. To compare properties, we had to schedule a weekend visit since we live out of the state, and both of these ladies respected our limited time and met us with an agenda, a comprehensive detailed binder, and a pre-visit communication flow that focused our time with the highest sense of purpose and efficiency. We found the perfect home for us, and their assistance in facilitating its purchase was indispensable. Even after we closed on the house, they have helped us coordinate our eventual move to Bettendorf, and the logistics that can only be mitigated by having local friends.
