Linda Grunder

I grew up in Atalissa Iowa. My parents were farmers. I graduated from West Liberty High School. I am a mother of two children, Mike and Beth, and one grandchild, Natalie. I have lived in the Quad-Cities for many years. 

Over the years I have had many interesting jobs from working at a Soda Fountain, and a telephone operator, and also a bookkeeper at a Lumber Yard. But the most rewarding job I’ve had is being a Real Estate Agent. I have many years of experience having been with Ruhl and Ruhl since 1991. I also have investment experience with Rental properties. I have 30 years of knowledge and many long term tenants. My renters have voted me as “the best landlord”. If interested in learning more about investments give me a call. 

I belong to the Tri-County Community Club in Durant Iowa. I am also a member of the Davenport Breakfast Club. 

I also run a Scholarship program in Wilton Iowa for a graduating senior in memory of my daughter Beth, who was a school teacher at Wilton HIgh School.
