Hi, I'm Kathy Meyer, a Realtor with Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors and am dual-licensed in Illinois and Iowa.

I am a lifelong Quad Cities resident and have been selling real estate in the area for over 13 years. I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 25 years and we have raised 2 amazing children. My daughter Megan lives in Chicago and works for Deloitte in Tax Technology Consulting. My son Collin attends the University of Illinois and is studying Electrical & Computer Engineering. I also have the most fabulous dog Dorothy, my black & white Goldendoodle!

On my website you will find a wide variety of useful information and resources designed to help you effectively buy or sell a home, but I would rather talk with you in person about the process. Every home is unique to sell and each buyer has a particular set of needs, and my specialty is helping each through the process.

Also on my website, you can search for your ideal home and view current listings with detailed descriptions and photos. Homes are selling fast, and seeing new listings as they come on the market is key to finding and getting your dream home!

I do more than just sell real estate, I am very involved in the community and feel it is important to stay up to date with what is going on here in the Quad Cities. During my free time, I like to spend time with family, friends, my dog Dorothy, and most of all, travel!
