Pre-License Costs:

45-hour Pre-License Course (Varies)    $295   
Examination Fee      $45   
License Application Fee      $125   
Errors & Omissions liability insurance (required by state)    $140  

Post-License Costs:
Fees to the following Professional Associations are prorated, depending on the time of the year you join the board.  Annual fees:

Application to Quad City Area Realtors Association (one time)    $600 
National Dues (prorated)    $115 
State Dues (prorated)    $149 
Local Dues (prorated)    $190 
Multiple Listing Service (prorated)    $480 
Lockbox (for accessing listed properties-prorated)    $200 
     

 

Office & Business/Personal Promotion Costs:
To include items such as business cards, sign riders, appointment book, tape measure and other items to conduct business (varies) approximate - $150
