Barb and I decided to buy a lot and build our home at Stone Gate at Zuma Creek because of location, location, location. We are 20 minutes from anywhere in the QCA and by I-88 only 2 hours from Chicago. Low taxes, proximity to golf courses and fine dining also aided in our decision. Finally the lot sizes 1/3 to 1/2 acre (less lawn care) but openness of the development because of 11 acres of common green space and the surrounding Illinois farm fields and woods sealed the deal.
