Education Options in Our Communities

Our schools provide a safe, educational environment, offering several education options in our communities.  From preschool to graduate studies, and public to private, you will always be able to find the right school for you and your family. Iowa is especially known for its superior education. The state has the highest four-year high school graduation rate in the nation and continually ranks in the top three for ACT scores. 
      
Illinois schools are monitored by the Illinois State Board of Education. Local school districts operate individual public schools but the Board audits performance of the schools with the Illinois School Report Card. The Board also makes recommendations to state leaders concerning education spending and policies.  Illinois ranks in the top 10 highest four-year high school graduation rate in the nation.
