• Show the property to prospects
• Screen the prospects through a detailed application process
• Execute lease and collect necessary deposits
Property management placement fees are a one-time fee of 75% of the first month’s rental rate with each new placement.
• Evaluate property and determine market rental rate
• Provide improvement recommendations
• Rent collection
• Provide management accounting services, which includes monthly and year end reports
• Manage all notices and evictions
• Manage property maintenance and emergencies
• Oversee property city inspections
• Manage re-leasing
Property management fees are 10% of the monthly gross collected income.
